Hi I'm Chris, an admin for the VCT and LCS at Riot! We focus on maintaining competitive integrity, keeping the production moving (logistics), and providing general, unbiased support for teams and players. I won't go into details, but I love what we do!
With my move to the bay area, I am officially looking for work. I'm primarily searching for an esports, tech, or gaming related operations role, but am open to adjacent roles as well. I'm deeply passionate about the sustainability of the industry, whether that be at the Tier 1 or casual player level, and hope to create efficient operations and stable financial models that let esports stay around for decades to come.
Resume as follows:
- Referee (Comp Ops) - Riot Games, 3.5 yrs
- Coach/Comp Ops - OATH Esports, ~1.5 yrs total
- Coordinator/Coach - Juniata College Esports, 1 yr
- Account Manager - Creators Inc., 1 yr
- Assistant Manager/Operations - Irvine School of Music, 1 yr
Bachelor's in Professional Studies from University of Miami
Current MBA student at San Jose State University
I appreciate any and all vouches, reposts, etc. <3
Officially attending the Lucas Graduate School of Business at @SJSU to pursue my MBA! Everyone should now be fans of @SJSU_Esports.
Thanks for the support everyone!
@ITERAbdr Applications will likely be available and posted online if they aren't already - make connections, network, play Riot's games at a decent level, and get involved in tournaments/esport competitions!

I will be leaving my role at Riot this year to pursue my MBA, and am grateful for the experiences behind the scenes, and fun moments (w admin) on stage over the last 4 years!
