Post nightshift views, lunch date with the husband. Glass of wine and some seriously good food. Now time to rest and recuperate over the next few days ❤️👍

ED staff are sick of hearing people say that "things are calming down" or that "hospitals are less busy".

For many ED staff, this phase was the one they dreaded most. Increasing demand, coupled with removal of support measures put in place to help cope with the pandemic.

[Cheryl Ellis @Cve00002Ellis]

Had the best night in Belfast with friends. Now time to chill and enjoy the days off before dreaded nightshift tommorow 😂😂

[Andrew Dobbin @dobbin1977]

Record breaking ED attendances coming along too often at moment. Broken 400 @ Ulster ED. Amazing team effort to get through. 68 Ambulance, 123 GP referrals, 27 managed in ambulatory pathways. Choose Well.. @setrust . 600 patients across Downe, Lagan Valley and Ulster

DO NOT attend A&E just because its the closest service or because its open 24/7. The service is for critical or life-threatening situations. If you need help, please check which service you should use at https://t.co/N7tskdMla3

[Cheryl Ellis @Cve00002Ellis]
