@SW_Help@kookievanz Passengers directed to pile on to a train at Woking for a Platform alteration to Waterloo causing a stampede through the station. And then a minute later everyone asked to get off as the train is in fact going to Weymouth.
@SW_Help@kookievanz Physically cannot get on the services you're suggesting people use, and zero information available at Woking station. Incidents happen all the time, why is there no Comms strategy in place?
@jodybrown2012@wokingfc On pitch, the last 7 weeks have been great. Better football, good results, connection between squad/coaches and fans. The 7 months prior didn't have much of that. Players and/ or staff are responsible for both phases. Criticism was fair, perhaps not always aimed/framed correctly.
@Dukey_3006@FinRawling5s@wokingfc Not saying I think Ardley was the only problem or that he deserves to take all the blame, but genuinely what have you seen that makes you think he was doing a good job under tough circumstances? The fan base is bored to tears and the results have been shit.
@wokingfc Everyone wanted to play, only a small area of the pitch, etc etc. Its irrelevant.
Why did the club bury their head in the mountain of sand that's been dumped in the goalmouth and act like there was no risk of another postponement? 10 days on from making the same error.
@OLDMDM@wokingfc Pitch did look waterlogged for the Alty game but as you say, it's barely rained this week so can't just be that. Can only assume the pitch is fucked and/ or that dumping a load of sand on it wasn't a brilliant move
The middle-age urge to stomp around supermarkets tutting "can't we at least get the Christmas decorations down first!", "it gets earlier every year!", and begrudgingly popping a big bag of mini eggs in the trolley.
@wokingfc Fair play to Neal and the club for sticking with him. Honestly thought he'd completely lost his appetite for the job. Nothing was working and he looked beaten in interviews. Work to do still (particularly at home) but a good turnaround from where we were.
In an interview, Monty Panesar had urged England to bring back the sandpaper ball tampering controversy to rattle Australia
Steve Smith gave an extraordinary response when asked about it
@wokingfc@NL_Enterprise Settled/ adjusted really well after Rochdale came out fast and caused all sorts of problems for 10 mins. Well deserved point against a good team.
@wokingfc@NL_Enterprise Felt slightly fortunate to be winning at HT but played and managed the game well second half. No idea why Timmy hasn't been playing - another good performance from him. Best we've seen of Josh Kelly.
