If you don't include your phone number in the body of your email when you ask to observe a court hearing, don't be surprised if you aren't able to observe it. Court staff are busy and may not have time to email you back and ask for your phone number (+ may miss it in a signature)
Unfortunately, this issue came up in a lot of cases we have dealt with during the COVID-19 pandemic - we are glad it’s being properly looked into by the CQC!
