@FirstSouthYorks please tell me why your 24 Lowedges at 06:51, Stradbroke, S13 driver saw me at the bus stop did some hand pointing then drove off. No sign on bus stop to say out of use, no comment from him etc. He didn't even wait at the next stop 1 min away.

@SCSupertram Someone’s stagecoach ticket wasn’t accepted on the 52a… so they had to wait for a stagecoach apparently… she had already waited for ages in Hillsborough for a tram as no one told anyone even though it’s next to the manned interchange…

@RyanBramley93 @mencap_charity Thank you! It was difficult walking into a room full of people, my own mental health triggering massively and yet never thought of not going. Mencap can only give us the door to walk through, it's down to us to open the door.

It's refreshing to see the people at the top be shocked by what we have said, positive & not so positive, yet they were extremely encouraging. In response we were open. Now change can happen for EVERYONE. Changes were already happening today!

@RyanBramley93 I completely agree, carers & support workers need to be cared and supported themselves and yet I think we forget this. We do our job and most of the time that means putting ourselves second. It's nice that you've highlighted that we need to be put first sometimes. Thank you! Xxx

@RyanBramley93 As many before and after you will have too. People don't see what goes on behind the scenes, it means we are doing our jobs well but also means people don't understand what that entails. It's our jobs to educate and not shame, I'm still learning and hopefully forever will be xx

@RyanBramley93 @mencap_charity They've been incredibly encouraging and supportive to help us be brutally honest about how things are. I've never felt so comfortable in a room full of people higher than me, I've been more honest than I thought possible to help the ones I care about xx
