Another group of South Africans has reportedly been chased out of a restaurant in Mozambique, with the owner telling them to return home and enjoy their vacation in their own country.
Most black men I know including myself genuinely prefer black women in their natural hair. They don't like wigs or other artificial hair. They find them uncomfortable and less attractive. Somewhere along the way, in choosing women, many simply accepted a standard they never really preferred in the first place!
Malawians don’t understand how to do business properly. That’s why most businesses collapse within a few years or remain stagnant. Some end up relying on questionable deals and political connections just to survive. There’s this obsession with selling to a few people at very high prices, often with little honesty in pricing, instead of building trust and volume.
They don’t really understand economies of scale the way their Asian counterparts do. Business is not just about big profits on one sale, it’s about consistency, turnover, and repeat customers. Making a profit of 3 million kwacha on a car is more than enough if you are going to sell 100 cars in a year. But instead, the focus is on making 10 million kwacha from one car, which limits how many you can sell and slows everything down.
It’s the same with everything, clothes, perfumes, lotions, electronics e.g phones and more. People even take pride in saying “I sell to high end clients,” but the real money is with the average Malawian because they are the ones buying every day. Sell 100 clothes a day and make 5,000 kwacha on each because your prices are fair, instead of trying to make 10,000 on one and only selling five.
I don’t get why this simple logic is so hard for most Malawians to grasp!
I can’t comprehend how any grouping of people would invite a failed politician like Chakwera as a guest of honour at an event.
This is a man who, after securing victory in a change election preceded by nationwide marches for reform, went on to plunge the economy into a profound abyss. He presided over one of the most corrupt administrations in Malawi and across Africa, where billions were reportedly looted. Ultimately, he suffered a decisive electoral defeat to his predecessor, becoming a one term president. He left Malawi without fuel, without forex, burdened by the highest inflation in Africa, economically depleted, and ranked among the three poorest countries in the world. It is therefore perplexing why anyone would consider him a suitable guest of honour at a political summit, especially one purporting to champion change and excellence, for he stands in stark contradiction to those very ideals!
Iran has brought the whole world to a standstill. It is fighting against the wealthiest and most powerful nations but it is winning. What’s even more interesting is that Iran is also winning the PR war. When this war is over, there will be more people who view America as a terrorist regime and a few (fools) who view Iran as a terrorist regime. I don’t know if the IRGC knows that this could be there biggest win yet other than the military gains. American and zionist propaganda is being shredded into pieces in real time in front of the whole world. What a time to be alive. Slava Iran!🇮🇷
