Local solo river wild camp tonight with my new bat detector and new @Snugpak Jungle bag there’s plenty of bugs around I will need it may even have an early morning dip in the shallows 😁

Last Welsh wild camp of the summer till September next weekend bivvy bagging no tents just open air camping it is. Full on stealth pack light and small as with the heat coming competition will be aplenty.

Got one week and a four day weekend left of my summer holidays till September but just walking through the woods felt quite like the end of August a cool strong wind blowing through leafs and branches over mammal paths through tatty brown nettle beds. Think August maybe wet😂
