@RyanQualtrics I was able to watch @utahjazz games last season, but the app has been super problematic when trying to watch the games this year. I’ve contacted support a bunch of times. They ended up refunding my subscription, but that doesn’t help me watch the games. Not sure what to do now.

@YouTubeTV What does “extended period of time” mean?  This is the worst timing for this negotiation. It should be done in the summer so it doesn’t negatively impact your customers.

@YouTubeTV @NFL I did that already, and they couldn’t help me. Started suggesting I cancel my account and signup with a new account. That would be a big pain. I’d have to create a new email account and setup all of my preferences again for shows and teams I follow. There has to be a better way.
