Have you ever read the original Peter atkins script for bloodline? The Victorian sequence was longer and there was a showdown between pinhead and Angelique. That would have been awesome.

Also, one of the barker treatments for 3 had an occult magician obsessed with the box and traced the origin of the leviathan back to ancient Egypt. The rumor is he “scrapped” it so he could use the concept in his mummy reboot before that got attached to Stephen sommers/brendan Frazier. I would have loved to see a Clive barker’s the mummy.
