Do covers really not matter to you or influence your perception of what a book’s content is likely to be like?

@bhcstfsrbw @cassbeewrites Sure, Babel is the darkest of the covers, but it doesn’t look like it’s a book aimed at men and the other 7 pictured are all unambiguously aimed at women, from the fonts, colours, and art style. The covers of the authors I cite are a clear contrast to those pictured.
