@peres … for me it’s also a way to evaluate if the candidate is good fit for the role specially if it requires to under pressure. Saying all of this it’s really hard to evaluate a person quality in just a few interviews
@peres Live coding session can be stressful, and the interviewer should do everything to put the interviewee comfortable but at the same time that is a good indicator how de candidate will perform under stress which it’s normal in startups….
