a woman will recount a time a man violated her boundaries and you can immediately tell what type of guy violated women similarly because they’ll start calling her “dangerous” and getting defensive on behalf of a man they’ve never met.
It's also interesting how they get to decide what counts as an "intellectual" conversation in the first place. More often than not "intellectual" just means topics they're interested in or already knowledgeable about. They often mistake their interests for intelligence itself.
Notice how all the excitement dies down the second the man can't overpower her? They're never cheering for the fight, they just wanted to watch a woman get hurt.
Men believe they are the protectors of women because they hold the lives of women hostage by choosing or not choosing to be violent. By “protectors” they mean they oversee the fate of women, for better or worse
btw being constantly groped, cornered, touched without consent, and spied on in the bathroom *even by a partner* is still assault. someone attempting to penetrate your unconscious body or forcibly awaken you for sex is coercion and rape.
none of this is ok!
ur partner watching porn isnt the issue. the issue is them watching porn of people u know irl and it’s upsetting, them watching violent porn that makes you uncomfortable, them watching so much porn that it effects your relationship. a boundary is the type of content not a ban
