@TowerHamletsNow This morning your bin man ripped the gate of the car park entrance to the estate, workers did not report this & it now allows riff raffers in and cause ASBO, gate will now cause damage to resident vehicles driving in/out as it swings open without a stop.
@AmazonUK I want to make a formal complaint, I'm in total disgust at how your customer reps have dealt with my matter.
Really want this sorted urgently as unprofessional is not the word I would like to use.
@AmazonUK so your incompetent courier left packages of not just my family members but our neighbours packages on the communal stairs of the building in the rain, there are no security entrance, it is a public space. Well done, great job 👍🏽

@the_disco_gypsy @SwanHousing @AxisEuropePlc@AxisEurope I used to work for Axis, worst job I ever had, no regards for customers, they actually train you to be blunt not to have any empathy towards residents...they would actually tell you to shut it if you tried to escalate jobs or raised any concerns
@SwanHousing you really need to look into your repairs contract with @AxisEuropePlc@AxisEurope as they are cowboys, never do first time fixes, fob residents off and don't care about doing actual repairs. There core values are all fake and for show only. Disappointed 🤬
So where do I start @AxisEuropePlc@AxisEurope email below from your resident liaison officer states she has 'every confidence' yet another failure and still no repair done????
