@TotalEnergies what's the use of a loyalty program when your forecourt attendants need to be begged to go and get the machine that issues the points. I need to rethink my loyalty to a fuel brand.

@capeunionmart please train your staff correctly. My daughter ordered a jacket on the understanding that it would be at the branch either on Friday or today at the latest. Jacket looks like only being available by Wednesday - day after she flies out.
Lots of phone calls without a lot of useful solutions (we can refund you) (you should know that 5-7 days excludes weekends, so implying that she is at fault). She stopped looking for a jacket once she ordered this to take overseas.

Also tried Amazon South Africa and they say that it is not their problem.

Pathetic lack of customer service and no one appears to know what is actually going on. Cutting a customer off is also not an effective way to get rid of an upset client
