@PCarterClimate Lack of responsibility of 'faceless deciders' is a heavy obstacle. Look, this week a CALIF Boat Captain got 4 years prison for 'negligence of a ship's officer' he fled a boat fire, resulting in 30+ preventable deaths. THAT is exactly the negligence of politicians & corporations.

@PCarterClimate Our difficulty is reacting in unity. The US GOV is bootstrapping rapid expansion of alternative energy… Redesigning grid to accomodate intermittent wind/water sources… grants to optimize existing geothermal… expanding local manufacturing 🤞 But, the weight of inertia is great.

@PCarterClimate Oh. No. Terrible rise in dangerous emissions. Can you BELIEVE C02 cannot even level out? 30 years they promise to reduce. Civilization has never even kept to the previous year's record emissions.
