🤔 PCOD isn’t a mystery: it’s mismanaged metabolism.
🎯 At @dlifein, we fix the engine, not just the indicator lights - Since 2011!
🔥 And now: We REVERSE your Disease, or REFUND your money!
📹 Check the video - it explains the one KEY everyone misses, and showcases 2 success stories as well:
🥼 A 32-year-old Doctor (yes, they're among our clients) who reversed her 7+ years of medication-dependent PCOD in under 5 months!
👩🦰 A 35-year-old woman who reversed her PCOS, and conceived naturally after restoring insulin sensitivity, dropping weight - when earlier she was being pushed for IVF.
No hacks. No powders - seeds - juices - shakes.
No going vegan.
Pure, foundational biology - applied.

🟢Foundation of dLife's protocol was always data driven
🟢When I speak, I do with data.
🟢Check how KFT nos changed after 20 months of Hypercarnivore (ate only boneless meat, eggs) with average 3 hrs/week in Gym
Anyone who is rational and trusts data over opinions should OBJECT to someone saying -- badh gaya toe kya hua. Be Hypercarnivore.
No.
Unless you test, you track nothing. If you ignore the bad nos you are just AGENDA driven.
Three failed carnivores are now with dLife and we know the downside of Carnivore.
Talk with DATA.
Not with AGENDA or OPINIONS.
Without before/after blood reports -- everything is hogwash.
Will post about how Thyroid numbers also got screwed on "Hyper Carnivore" and shot up to an unbelievable level with ZERO prior history of Hypothyroidism.
I NEVER talk without DATA.
And I always say- Not everyone needs to be a Carnivore and Carnivore is not for everyone.
So I switched back to 20:20:60 (started in 2011) after this Hypercarnivore shit.
At 73, Mrs Shah was told diabetes would only get worse.
Despite multiple medications and daily insulin, her blood sugars remained uncontrolled.
With dLife Healthcare, in just 14 weeks her:
📉 HbA1c: 9.9% to 7.4%
What makes this remarkable? The improvement happened while medication dependency was being reduced.
This case shows that age isn't the barrier- metabolic health is the key.

🟢dLife's 20:20:60 is not the failed (in India) Western concept of low-carb = keto.
🟢From 2011, I separated the two and hence made Low Carb possible for Indians.
🟢Now, even Indians certified through the dLife course are delivering lectures on Western sites without telling where they learnt all this.
🟢 It's easy to show a face claiming that they did their own research
I am sure now everyone in the Western world will start handling Indian Vegetarians also after listening to a few HUMBLE lectures.
The 6–8 Meals a Day Myth
“Eat small portions every two hours.”
This is perhaps the most common advice given to people with diabetes.
But think about what this really means.
You’re effectively putting your metabolism on a roller coaster all day.
If you’re never truly satisfied after a meal, your brain never receives a strong satiety signal. You’re constantly thinking about food until it’s time to eat again.
And what are people told to eat?
🍎 Fruit in the morning.
🥞 Idli, dosa, poha, upma, or chilla.
🍛 Roti, sabji, and dahi.
🥮 One khakra or a ladoo.
🌻 Seeds.
🥗 Dinner with one phulka, sabji, and salad.
Analyze the macros.
Different foods.
Same message.
Mostly digestible carbohydrates.
Every two hours, glucose enters the bloodstream and the pancreas is required to work again to clear it.
Unused glucose lingering in the bloodstream is toxic to tissues. That’s precisely why the body works so hard to keep blood sugar within a narrow range.
Yet many people are advised to spend their entire waking day eating.
They are never truly satisfied.
They overeat because hunger never leaves.
Their blood sugars worsen.
Medications increase.
And eventually they are blamed for being “non-compliant.”
Being overweight or diabetic is not a life sentence, and it certainly shouldn’t feel like a punishment.
People deserve guidance rooted in physiology, satiety, and evidence—not endless grazing and perpetual hunger.
If you’ve been doing everything “right” and still struggling, perhaps it’s time to question the strategy rather than blame yourself.
If you’re ready to break free from the trap with clarity and science-backed guidance, drop me a message to book a Discovery Call with team dLife Healthcare Private Limited

🔴Numbers kharab hai toe kya hua
This is the third failed carnivore case that @TheIraSahay is leading.
Unless you test, what do you control?
This client is only a few days into her journey and is already excited.
Not because of weight loss.
Not because of ketones.
Not because of a restrictive diet.
She's excited because her post-meal blood sugar readings have started coming down over the last 2 days.
She is into a more balanced journey through dLife's 20:20:60 framework designed by Anup Singh an approach built around Indian foods, Indian lifestyles, and long-term metabolic health.
Rather than relying on extreme restrictions, the framework focuses on small, practical tweaks to everyday meals.
Sometimes the biggest wins don't come from drastic changes.
They come from small changes repeated consistently.
And she was super excited seeing her blood sugar readings last two days. Just the third day into 20:20:60
Coming from a failed carnivore attempt under a coach.
I am sure a day will come when 20:20:60 also will be redressed as some other ratio like (20:80) 80% should be protein and fat in diet. Essentially a REHASH.
The same client sent us a message today after her very first day on the program:
“I’m happy with my meals. I’m happy to have found @TheIraSahay .”
That may sound simple, but for someone who had developed a fear of food and was struggling physically and emotionally, it is a big win.
This is what makes Anup Singh’s 20:20:60 protocol so powerful.
The brilliance isn’t just in the numbers.
It’s that the framework was designed for Indians, keeping our culture, food preferences, family meals, and eating habits in mind. Instead of forcing people into extreme dietary camps, it teaches them how to build sustainable meals using foods they already know and love.
No fear of food.
No obsession with calories.
No imported dietary dogma.
Just a practical, culturally adapted approach that has helped thousands improve metabolic health while enjoying their meals.
When a client says, “I’m happy with my food,” that’s not a small victory.
That’s the beginning of long-term healing. @dlifein
Cram and Vomit.
GLP 1 and Statin Pushers are best at that.
One chapter in entire medical education on Nutrition and they have this God Complex that they know everything and their word has to be final.
And that chapter is based on the biggest Nutritional Fraud on the entire population of the world --- High Carb balanced meal nonsense.

@MetabolicHomeo
Congratulations to Ridhi and Debaroop and welcome to yet another low carb baby. God bless him.
Remember DC the other day on expecting mom? Where one of the Old Family members asked
Do you work in Hospitals?
I gave a nasty reply and disconnected the call.
Later got an apology over Insta DM.
@drterrysimpson Always connect every damn thing to weight loss. Old school.
Here's a grade 2 fixed in 60 days with no weight to lose. And no, it wasn't even KETO. It is our own -- dLife's 20:20:60 protocol.
Think like an Engineer!
