Of course, Moses and Jesus did not declare the Shahada or face Mecca—these specifics were not required of them. But they all shared the core belief of worshiping one God without partners or images—this is the essence of Islam.

Fourth:
The Qur’an does not “redefine” the prophets. Rather, it restores the original monotheistic message attributed to them, which was later altered or misunderstood. Believing that all prophets followed Islam (in its pure, monotheistic sense) reflects the unity of divine guidance across time.
