@MAS My JAL flights from 4th Jun had boarding passes explicitly showing MH Enrich FQTV. Your support keeps refusing to manually retro credit, blaming the GDS glitch. This is a system error, not consumer. Pls ESCALATE to an Enrich backend supervisor for manual credit immediately.

They persist in offering a "free night" at the same hotel in Turkey that I’ve told them I can't return to. 10k points isn't even enough for ONE night at that property.
