Not everyone is going to be Elon Musk. Not everyone is going to be Steve Jobs. It's just the way it works. People are not created with the same talents and abilities. We spend enormous amounts not only on government assistance, but also America is the world leader in charitable giving.

That really is the best possible way we can approach the issue. Not seizing money earned by high performers
