@DCBMEP If it really is exempt and not zero that means the developer cannot reclaim their input VAT and that then is loaded onto the value of the house. Multiply that by the number of new houses and that's quite a lot of £££

@JonKula @ItsJamesHall Rush hour then. On average when both are clear it saves 3. If heading NW or Scotland it's just as easy to head up to Derby and cut across on the A50/A500 (can't remember which). It's about the same time.
