🚨 IMPORTANT LIL DURK CASE CLARIFICATION:

There’s A LOT of misinformation going around about Durk’s next trial. Durk is NOT charged with a substantive RICO violation. The remaining charge is VICAR murder, Murder in Aid of Racketeering.

That VICAR charge is based on the same August 2022 incident involving Quando Rondo and the killing of Lul Pab that was at the center of the trial Durk was just found NOT GUILTY in.

There are now serious questions being raised about whether the remaining charge can survive after these acquittals, including potential double-jeopardy arguments. That does NOT mean it has automatically been dismissed, but Durk’s legal team could have a major argument to make. 👀⚖️
