Roadmap to a New Nigeria That Is Possible – Part II
Education and Healthcare: The Foundation of a Renewed Nigeria
Recall that on July 1st, in Part 1 of "My Vision for a Productive and Prosperous Nigeria," I outlined the broad framework of my proposed roadmap for national renewal. In it, I emphasised that the transformation of Nigeria must begin with rebuilding our human capital through quality education and healthcare, supported by reforms in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), character and civic education, and strategic investments that will move our nation from a consumption-driven economy to a production-driven one. I promised to follow up with other parts in the coming weeks and months.
Today, July 16th, in the middle of July, I wish to expand on these two critical pillars - education and healthcare - because they are the bedrock upon which every prosperous nation is built. They are the cornerstones of the foundation that will ensure that a son of nobody can become somebody and remove many from the ranks of the disaffected who often become tools in the insecurity challenges confronting us.
Evidence from around the world shows that quality education and accessible healthcare are among the clearest distinctions between thriving nations and lagging ones. Princeton University Nobel Prize-winning economist Angus Deaton highlights this reality in his book, “The Great Escape: Health, Wealth, and the Origins of Inequality.”
Nothing, therefore, could be further from the truth than the claim by some young people that “education is a scam.” Education, when combined with good health, provides the ladder for individual upward mobility and drives economic growth for the nation.
We must become more intentional about aligning education with our national priorities, as Singapore did, and challenge our country to value education in the same way Deng Xiaoping repeatedly urged China to do from 1978 onwards, with the remarkable transformation we see today.
We will work through commissions that strengthen collaboration among the tiers of government, ensuring that primary education is domiciled at the community and local government levels, with strong parental involvement and curricula that are sensitive to local economic factor endowments and the value chains derived from them.
State governments will be supported to expand high-quality Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), as well as general secondary education, through targeted grants and incentives.
We are also developing schemes that will enable universities to focus more deliberately on specialised areas of teaching and research, making them globally competitive while producing a workforce equipped for the demands of the future.
A NEW Nigeria is POssible. -PO
Just watched Steven Bartlett get absolutely SCHOOLED by Dr. Boz in 6 minutes that will probably age-reversing-pilled half of the internet today
She looked him dead in the eye and said:
“I’ve been practicing 25 years.
Parkinson’s has 3,500 of my patients.
I have ZERO.
Because Parkinson’s only wins when you let the trash pile up in your brain for decades… and then act shocked when the diagnosis hits.”
Her exact words:
“The slow death of your brain doesn’t announce itself.
It starts with:
- the belly fat that won’t shift
- joints that ache “for no reason”
- brain fog at 3 pm
- joy slowly draining from life
- waking up tired even after 8 hours”
That’s not “getting old”.
That’s trash in your brain you still have time to take out.
Then she roasted Steven’s eating pattern live on air:
“Pasta + late dinner?
One bite after 6 pm costs you like TEN bites at breakfast when you’re over 40.
Your insulin is still screaming at 3 am.
That’s how you age in fast-forward.”
Her fix?
Dead simple:
- Finish eating by 6-7 pm (non-negotiable as you age)
- Give your body 16+ hours without food regularly
- Trigger autophagy = your brain’s trash disposal service
- Watch mood, energy, focus, and waistline transform in months
She ended with this line that gave me chills:
“At 54 I want to be as sharp, energetic and alive as Steven is right now.
Most people are decaying.
I want to be accelerating.”
If you only watch ONE health clip this year, make it these 6 minutes.
Your 54-year-old self is begging you to hit play.
Who’s committing to their last bite before 7 pm tonight?
(Just sharing a public conversation between Steven Bartlett & Dr. Annette Bosworth, MD — no medical advice, just a wake-up call everyone’s talking about)

Re: ENG final 20-30 mins
Regardless of who you bring on. YOU must have an outlet. You can NEVER allow your self to get pinned
Defending is one of physically & mentally tasking things in football
It requires complete focus +awareness
Having the ball gives control & rest period
• You claim you wanted to learn content creating, but rather than learn it online, you decided meeting a content creator you don't know in a hotel was the best way
• You didn't inform your parents or siblings about your intentions of traveling to another state to meet a stranger in a hotel
• You traveled to another state to meet a stranger in a hotel room claiming you had no intentions of sleeping with him
• The hotel has a bar you all can sit down and discuss business but it's his room that's convenient for you to discuss
• You claimed to be a virgin, so at least blood should be on the bedsheets or blood stains on your body and clothes but I guess they wasn't any blood
• After being raped, you left the room, passed multiple people on your way down and passed the receptionist but wasn't crying or immediately reported the case to anyone in the facility
• You reached home but didn't inform your parents that you were raped
• You were still communicating with the so called rapist and bargaining price with him telling him how you had a better offer of 50k hookup gig in Abuja which you neglected for him
• Then proceeded in killing yourself after he failed to send you the money he promised you
But guess what, she's the victim and has no blame to what happened to her.
Nigerian women ain't beating the allegations.

Arsenal have been informed to formalise their interest with submitting an official bid.
