@EASFCDirect why can I not access the companion app? EA help official, through your website, has not been helpful. They dismiss my problem and it’s been the same for 3 consecutive weeks. Each login I get the below. Despite deleting the app, and changing passwords it fails.

@EAPlay I would like a refund. I paid $6 for a free trial of EA FC26 but I cannot play anything but trainer. I just want to access ultimate team. So ODD I can play UT on FC25 but FC26 does not work. Thanks!
