This has to be one of the most well made RDR2 mods out rn. Mango’s probably the only modder I know that could actually be a AAA modeler

Figured it was about time I make a full map of all the Project New Austin locations. Full resolution version can be found here in the articles tab on the mod page

@WaltherAttentat@TheBFWire Snipers can sit in back and snipe all they want as long as you’re allowed to choose a sniper as the support class, with your unlimited health and ammo refills. Closed weapons is the way to go they’re just trying to appeal to COD players
@Lex_mate If you guys are really set on keeping open weapons, have you considered only doing it for the smaller scale gamemodes?
Open weapon Conquest and breakthrough just results in everyone using the meta weapons and camping with snipers as support class with infinite health and ammo
@DRUNKKZ3@Grisnir@EndersFPS Have you guys considered keeping closed weapons for large scale game modes (Conquest, Breakthrough, etc), and open for he others (TDM, Domination, etc). Open weapons conquest is very campy and just results in snipers sitting back as support players with infinite health and ammo
The Closed Weapon Conquest game mode feels WAY better than the unrestricted one. It's a little less chaotic and the flow of each match feels so much more like BF than the unrestricted Conquest.
Not as big of an issue in closed weapon conquest, where snipers can’t sit in hard to reach spots as the support class with their infinite health and ammo
This is why you don’t let players decide.
Of course the average person who doesn’t understand game design wants to run around as an OP medic with the best guns and instant heals, or Snipers dropping themselves ammo so they never have to leave spawn
Open Weapons vs Closed Weapons
Why not both?
Starting at Open Beta players can choose official playlists with Signature Weapons locked to class, or not.
More to come.
