In addition, to qualify under the Dreamer portion, a person must either:
1) Serve honorably in the Uniformed Services;
2) Graduate from college or a postsecondary vocational school;
3) Show 3 years of consistent earned income; or
4) Be enrolled in 2) and in a training program.
The bill then lists the requirements to qualify for a green card. Let's start with the provisions that apply to Dreamers.
First, they must be have arrived in the US before age 18, continuously resided here since then, and have been physically present on January 1, 2021.

Earlier this year we secured an injunction forcing the Trump Administration to accept #DACA renewals. Now 20 AGs just filed a brief to protect Dreamers and DACA from yet another attack in Texas v. United States.
I first introduced the #DreamAct 17 years ago to provide young immigrants brought here as children the legal protections necessary to go to school, serve in the military, and contribute to our economy. It’s unacceptable we haven’t found a solution 17 years later.
