@airtelindia i was going to port my cell phone to you but after looking at harassment by your broadband team its better I go to BSNL than come to you. After closing and disconnecting the line I have got 50 calls to 'close' the line. Why is your team not coordinated ? Pathetic !

@airtelindia i have closed down a broadband connection due to relocation and your guy collected the device. Still from last 3 weeks I am getting continuous calls asking if the device has been collected. Don't you have systems to check internally ? 2 calls a day - really annoying

@KotakBankLtd got a new credit card in lieu of blocked one. Access to app is still blocked and been trying since a month and your customer care team has no idea how to activate. They just keep on hold for 30 mins sometimes and it goes nowhere. Been a month now.

@HushPuppies_In Hi, I have purchased a pair of chelsea boots from Bata's westend mall store in Pune. My size was not available so I was told by the store manager that my size will be brought in 2-3 days at the store and I am temporarily given a larger size shoes against the bill

My issues is I have not received any email confirming this. If I dont get shoes in my size I shouldn't be stuck with these larger shoes. Manager just gave me his word. Please can someone confirm this on email ? Attaching the invoices and manager's written statement on the bill
