@MattWalshBlog But that is the exact sickness of our time—an inability to cope with this awareness—a “sickness unto death” (to quote Kierkegaard). Without spirituality, every soul of any generation will be mentally unwell.
Looking at a family photo of the Gray men, a thought occurred to me that made me audibly chuckle: we look like, I’d say, a yet passable staring five of an o-line that could maybe gain a first down or two—then protect, say, for a game-managing, field position punt—running fullback dives and off-tackle traps, an efficient opening drive, against a mediocre D-3 defensive front. Irrational, perhaps? But I’d ride with my boys. “All day everyday,” says the monkey. (We make fun of his ears; he embraces it.) It’s cool having a big family.
@OneAlphaKing Original Old Spice; odiferous sandlewood and metal beard combs, with beard balm; pure tobaccos smoke, American Spirit; and a hint of steak fat. (Better when frozen.)
