Banks are not restaurants where waiters change employees everyday. Banks relationship with their customers is built on Fidelity, Consistency & Trust. But Kenyan Banks operate worse than restaurants. The new culture where Banks exchange CEOs & at times on the sane day flies against international prudential banking practice. If Banks in the US, Europe & South Africa engage in CEO ping-pong games Kenyan Banks are engaged in, the Banks shares will collapse. What is happening in Kenya Banks is completely wrong. It is sad @CBKKenya is rubber stamping this executive whoring!
