Please pray for my sick mother. She’s suffering from spine and pelvic pains. The pain has been for about 3 years now. We’ve been treating romantism but no improvement. About 4 weeks ago she couldn’t move her body, nor seat or stand.

We are here in delta state teaching hospital here in Oghara, a delta state.

Please put her in your prayers. We have done all we could 😭😭

I don't take soda, I don't drink beer, and I rarely drink alcohol. Even when I do, it's usually wine. I can go months without eating sugar. I don't smoke, and I live a very healthy lifestyle.

I spend between 3,000 and 5,000 on fruits every single day. I also take supplements like Omega-3, Vitamin E, Zinc, and Vitamin D3 from time to time. I don't eat late at night, I'm very mindful of what I eat, and I make sure I eat well. I exercise regularly and drink enough water, including my early morning water, which I never miss.

I consult a doctor at the slightest discomfort since my HMO covers it, and I don't neglect my health. I'm not the type to feel unwell and ignore it. Aside from the time I had an accident and was hospitalized, I've never been admitted to a hospital. I go year after year without falling sick.

Any day I die or become seriously ill, I'll simply know it's my time. Based on how I live and how health-conscious I am, I should live a healthy and long life.
