I've been annoyingly saying this on X for years and people never believe it

Most people are still fat or cardioholics and only run or play padel

You have to lift weights, it improves your nervous system, it stops or reverts guaranteed (!) muscle atrophy and bone density loss after age 30 meaning you will AGE LESS FAST and age more healthily

Which is why I, as a not really athletic person (was just skinny 50kg/100lbs) started lifting around that age

Now I try lift 4x per week, I'm not skinny anymore, close to 80kg/160lbs, so I gained 30kg/60lbs (almost doubled in mass, so there's 1.6x Pieter's now!), much more muscle and 15% fat (now I wanna try get that to I don't know 12%?)

And the biggest benefits are mental: I'm not anxious anymore, not depressed, not neurotic, just mostly chill and zen

When I stop going to the gym for a week or two they come back fast though!

I'm not a ripped super chad, and you don't really become that so easily but I am very fit and healthy now and can carry lots of stuff

And everyone I meet thinks I'm in my 20s, so the anti-aging part worked

Start lifting (and cardio too of course you need both)

🚨 Nahshon Wright’s Interception Was Personal! It Was Dedicated to a Man Who Saved His Life.

This big play ⬇️ Was more than a big play. It is in memory of his tragically murdered coach.

Wright’s former coach John Beam was shot on the Laney College campus on Thursday; he died the following day.

Wright said on social media “My heart aches so much right now. Beam is the most down to earth person I’ve ever met; when my father was shot and killed he came and knocked on my door and got me and my younger brother out of bed and the rest is history. I’ll love and miss you Forever. Love you Beam.”

What a beautiful moment. It’s touching for it to be shared with all of us. It was more than an interception thrown by JJ McCarthy in the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings game. We witnessed a living shrine moment.

So sorry for your loss @nahwrig

The future @Kalshi wants is a future where you own nothing and lose everything betting if Bronny can stop the Mongolian conquest. This may seem comical but it’s the truth and it’s the reason they can pay obese influencers like @orangie top dollar.

Think about how much money these platforms make off these influencers if they’re able to fork out XXX,XXX for partnership deals. Orangie is huge but he isn’t cheap.

If LeBron signs a $100m contract, how much are the lakers making off him to justify that price tag? It’s the same in this industry.

Prediction markets are a euphemism for online casinos. Online gambling is a digital drug and it’s very profitable because once people get hooked, they will be losing money for life.

This is how @Kalshi is able to pay for these deals. They get a bunch of people who can’t afford to lose money to sign up, and profit when they LOSE it all in the casino.
