Whether it is related to poor India or rich India.Whether it is related to higher rank officers' India or low rank staffs' India.IRS get their joining within 2-3 months while low rank candidates get in more than1yr

@sudhirchaudhary @dgpup Our present Prime Minister was fairly aware of the inordinate delay in selection and joining processes being done by the departments. That's why, he announced to complete the whole process within 6 months after all scene hasn't changed yet.

Joining still not done till 30 may 2018.
It's also not known how long it's gonna take.
This lethargic process of selection and joining consumes our crucial years of productivity.
