The creator explains that after completing episode three through exhausting all-nighters that ruined his health, he is legally unable to post it. Sharing the video or even naming the mystery company (BAM) involved would result in jail time, the immediate loss of a $300,000 lawsuit, and the forfeiture of the GoFundMe funds raised for Brian directly to that company.

A judge approved that serving him court papers via email was valid, meaning he is now officially legally restricted from mentioning Bricks & Minifigs. While he would normally defy a large corporation to do what is morally right, he cannot do so in this case because his actions would financially ruin his friends and drain their fundraising money.

He expresses that the situation is deeply unfair, revealing that the company obtained the court order by telling a judge he was making bomb threats and plotting to murder their manager and employees.
