@wirexapp 5 days for an POA and still my account is blocked. Then I receive an email with "Thank you for sending us your documents. Unfortunately, we weren't able to verify the proof of address document you provided for the following reason:" With no reason given. Ticket 1487499
@wirexapp Seriously why unilaterally reset a password just before the weekend when no support is available and ask people to make a support ticket.
Password reset link DOES NOT send an email. I'm not even receiving the ticket email.
