Me demandent d'envoyer ma requête a une adresse mail qui n'accepte meme pas les demandes de remboursement! cette adresse renvoie directement au site pour que tu puisse, PAR TICKET, (Re)formuler ta demande. imaginez si vous avez, comme moi, 5 or 6 ticket a gerer!!!
