NTA is Conducting exams for JEE NEET students at different centres across India and has given contract to Tata co. Many students are minor . So under sec 75 of JJ Act if anything happens to any child both will be held responsible

Court has invited tenders for comprehensive plan for "Hearing by courts through Video Conferencing services".
They wanted hearing through Video conference but need students to give exams physically.
