He resigned on 20 March 2026.

Same filing day: new director in, secretary swapped.

Why did the compliance director leave the UK PLC after seven months? What did he sign off while the BVI vehicle was still on the PSC file? The register does not say.

Same project, Korea:

Seoul court backed Bithumb’s delisting after Nautilus development moved to 3Base. 4,566 Zepoch nodes. About $10.8 million. Claimed 3Base buyout: $150k. Korean buyers say no refunds.They put a compliance face on the UK company.
