One of our engineers busy installing a @Daikinuk#heatpump into one of the town houses at Kingsmead site in Canterbury. Delighted to be on another @jennergroup project, and working towards #zerocarbon
@plumbers_urban Hi can you DM me the model & serial number or the address for this installation and we will look into it and take appropriate action.
@kenbone44 @LeoHickman I offered to meet him at our Woking train centre centre to prove he was talking crap and that he might learn something, he never responded!
@joypaincity@DpawsonGas@bobbt2417 @kenbone44 Scroll compressors can be inverter as can swing compressor We have both types and all of our compressors are inverter driven.
@CondensatePro@AllenHart999 Good point how many gas boilers fitted daily are commissioned properly, including changing the output to meet the heat loss requirement of the building so it doesnβt cycle and balanced to get the 20 degree delta T so they condense?
@AllenHart999 Thatβs not the technology, itβs the planks who drop kick them from 10 feet treating it like ya a combi & 6 rads. If designed and installed correctly then you wonβt get any issues
2/ and electric is 20p per KWh. Some one posted a picture of a GSHP with a buffer (obviously it was a large house) with the comment how will I fit that fit in my 1 bed flat!! Serious education is needed!!!
1/ Since todayβs announcement by Government, Iβve seen some absolute tosh on Twitter by people who know nothing about heat pumps, comments like they smell of sweaty socks, they donβt work when itβs cold, only works with UFH, how can they be cheaper to run when gas 4p per kWh
