@MorolongZA@djngoma Document it (photos). Have an open conversation with the crèche. While you are talking with them, show them that you have documented the injuries. Continue to document them & keep crèche up to date. They need to explain the injuries as self-imposed. Kids fall. Keep documenting.
Today is World Mental Health Day. We’ve been quiet. It’s been a tough year. Check in on yourself first… then check in on your family, friends and your colleagues.
Just be kind.

The look you give another dad in public wrestling with his kids over dinner, 2 beers down, in-laws across the table and a long-over-tired drive back to the hotel on the horizon… #dadsatdinner

@mariabestwest Oh gosh. Ummm…
1. It’s normal for mothers not to feel maternal at birth. It isn’t the “norm”.
2. Being a parent isn’t for everyone. If there was a qualifier to have kids, we’d be less overpopulated.
3. There are no roles in parenting. Division of mutual labour is fine.
Being a parent is the ultimate iterative design experience.

Very little time for retrospectives.
Conflicting agile & waterfall practises.

“Hold it… HOLD IT!”
“Slap your face…”
“BUM! BUM!”
