The N54 (Ireland) crosses the border with the UK four times. During the two times it makes an incursion into the UK it becomes the A3. Upon doing so the speed limit also changes from metric 100 kmh to imperial 60 mph. The road markings also change from yellow to white.

The Government’s €1.5 billion ‘tax cuts’ are largely just stopping people being dragged into higher tax bands. They are presenting a correction to the tax system as a major giveaway.

Young fella I know left school and is working an apprenticeship. Just bought himself a car and is being priced 3.5K to insure it! Just a regular estate car to carry the tools.

When I finished college I was briefly on the dole and was called in for an interview with someone from the welfare office who asked had I considered emigrating to Germany to teach there instead.
Unless on disability, no one should be on the dole for 10 years.
How can anyone be searching for a job for 10 years? The system should support people into work, not trap them in long term dependency.
