I think @PTownend should be charged with animal cruelty for whipping an injured horse. He knows he’s taken a life, he has to live with that shame but more needs to be done to protect the horses 😡I wish him the worst of luck for the rest of his life

@Steve_L_Mag @marksandspencer Not at all but when I see an adult with a look of total disgust on their face because of an upset child in their shop I just don’t think that’s right. Maybe Steve hangs around primary schools, in the hope of seeing upset kids of course 😃

Such a shame that the person helping with the new layout in @marksandspencer Epsom felt that it was ok, in front of customers, to say to her colleagues “she needs to take him out of here” when a child was crying in the store. Would have expected a bit more empathy 😔

Please be careful if you have insurance with @manypets_uk my dog has a tumour on the roof of her mouth but they class that as dental so I can’t claim 😢 I would never wish a tumour on my dog but I do wish the tumour had appeared on her leg and not in her mouth

@manypets_uk I haven’t put a claim in, I phoned your customer service for advice and was told that “anything in the mouth even if it’s not the teeth is classed as dental” If you had a tumour in your mouth would you visit the doctor or dentist?

Found a bank card on the pavement, called @HalifaxBank to advise but they can’t do anything until the morning. Good job I’m an honest person and won’t go tapping away with it all night!

Well played @sainsburys you sell 6 cans of own brand dog food for £4.50 but 12 cans for only £6.60 but you deliver hundreds of packs of 6 cans but only FOUR packs of 12 cans to stores! What a money maker for you

Although it’s terrible that 13 out of 100 hotels refused a guide dog why aren’t @gmb celebrating that 87 hotels said yes straight away. Why does the media always have to report the negative?

Hey @Morrisons if this is true it’s a disgusting way to treat your staff. Your ceiling fell in, possible due to neglect, & staff have to give up holiday or pay if they can’t get to another store. Shame on you!

Put my tax return in with @HMRCgovuk & 24 hours later I get a scam text asking me to call a number to arrange a payment plan. Who at @HMRCgovuk are selling details to scammers because how else could they have got the details 😡

I’m old enough to remember getting post twice a day @RoyalMailHelp then once a day, now it’s once a fortnight. If @AmazonUK start doing mail deliveries you’d go out of business within weeks 😡
