@Ciara_Ahern @SophieMcDLaw Agree with @Ciara_Ahern, @SophieMcDLaw. We are bound to it in certain sectors for example I can’t do private security as I’m in my public role. Also similar I can’t be a driving instructor but also our extra jobs outside of our contracted hours can not effect our main role.
