new cities, new skies, unfamiliar streets. different parts of the world that shifted your perspective quietly, without asking permission. they reminded you that life is larger than the rooms you sometimes shrink yourself into.

@Preethammech@sudheep8531 It depends on the need as well my friend. If your towns and cities are on a linear stretch, you can use the trains (which are most full), bus, and flights to travel within the state.
@Preethammech@sudheep8531 Kerala has the highest road density (the length of road per unit of land area) in India and a dense, decentralized last-mile private-public coverage.
@daojus@RishiJoeSanu Seaplane project in Alappuzha met with protest from the fishermen community and got cancelled before.
Now that the LDF is in opposition, they will not let things happen easily...
@JaicSam@AJA_Cortes@kunley_drukpa Come on. You go for a daily wage job in Kerala and earn 1000 rupees a day. Not just survive a year, but for however long you want to stay..
Railway stations jammed, not for travel, but for a Home Guard exam in UP.
~ 25 Lakhs chasing a few 41000 basic jobs in Homeguard.

@KishoreVaid@dmuthuk Both communism and socialism are similar ideologies that works to reduce wealth inequality and eliminate worker exploitation.
Communism within democratic framework is basically socialism. Kerala never had an authoritarian, single-party government.
Results: High Social Life
@pervinsanghvi@RichaChadha Who cares about the stress on people? People are adaptable. They will find a different way to survive. Maybe move to a city slum where Ambani provides water for all..
@KishoreVaid@dmuthuk 😁 Any developed and democratic country in the world has toggled its ruling between left and right parties. Kerala is the only place in India within its whole history has done it and has successfully kept the politics of hate out.
That's the prime example of maturity.
I'm not saying Kerala is a model for other states. Different states have different realities. I'm only saying that
Kerala's model works for Kerala, and its people generally enjoy longer, healthier lives because of it.
I agree that Bangalore has far more jobs n infrastructure than Kerala.
But the question is: what is the purpose of jobs and infrastructure? Ultimately, it is to reduce poverty, improve quality of life, improve health, education, etc. Kerala has already achieved these outcomes. 👇
Bcoz Kerala has already secured the basics, it can afford to be patient in building its next phase of growth.
In knowledge industries, R&D, medical manufacturing, logistics, renewable energy.. Can design life while maintaining standards.
@Cfcindian@DebabrataTOI Because they are poor, desperate, unemployed and not rewarded enough to trust or value society.
Governments can change this with proper intent and consistent work..
