@DollarGeneral condones mistreatment of their customers. They don't want to speak to the customer to hear the truth of what happens, they go out of their way to avoid actually speaking to customers when there is an incident.

Not only is @DollarGeneral outwardly obnoxious to customers in store, they will NOT call back to address the situation. I'm NOT asking for refund, money, discount etc. I'm only asking to be HEARD about the way the employees are ALLOWED to treat customers!

Clearly @DollarGeneral HIDES truth by refusing to contact me Since 9-22-25. I've been promised 24hr call-backs for 2wks now. Besides the horrendous way they treat customers IN store, they REFUSE to call back & deal w/a REAL situation. Dollar General does NOT care about customers!

@DollarGeneral I've now contacted cust. service: 9-22, 9-25, 10-1, 10-2, 10-3 for employees SCREAMING at customers to GET OUT 5min b4 closing. Promised return call w/in 24hr ea. time. Still NO return call. Apparently DG doesn't care how employees treat customers. Incident below:

@DollarGeneral It's unreal. Yesterday they assured me that the regional mgr would call w/in 24hrs. No one called. I called today & I'm told another 24hrs. Is this just a game to DG? I will send you a DM, before I post the video publicly. Apparently, DG is willing to LIE to cover for employees.
