If you look at my service records it was always on time, no fast charging on a regular bases,
It was it good condition, and suddenly there is a"power saver mode"and when i took it to service centre my scooter is dead

1. Show the telemetry logs/dates backing this.
2. Why did you write saying evidence"cannot be shared externally"?
Denying battery replacement without data is an unfair trade practice.

@atherenergy @ACKOIndia 1. Faced Low Power Mode & charging failure. Drove to ASC where ~15 other scooters had same issue.
2. Replaced lockset (solved nothing).
3. Admitted battery failed.
4. Acko came twice for inspection claiming photos got deleted. (2/3)
