@USPSHelp I see the Post Office treats people's emails the same way you treat their parcel. I emailed y'all early Sat morning and now it's mid Monday and still no reply.

Cheap rates aren't good rates and how you handle shipping people's packages provide this. I don't know why businesses still use the Post Office. UPS and FedEx isn't much more but the quality of service you get for that little bit more speaks for itself.

@USPSHelp I see the USPS is back to it not so old habits. Pls explain as this in now the 3rd time in 2wks. It arrived in Chicago the 18th and was on time until y'all moved it to Indianapolis later that night

@USPSHelp funny, I refused a delivery because of the games y'all play, and now, a week later, that package is still in the area. #UPS might cost a dollar or 2 more but it's small price to pay for a piece of mind knowing package are getting delivered on time.

@USPSHelp How long do thing have to continue getting worse before they actually start getting better? Every package that comes thru USPS ends up delayed for days if not wks or once even 2 months. A package that was shipped from 2hrs away is now going on 5 days and still nothing.

@USPSHelp now I see why stuff takes over 2 months to get delivered. It goes from PA to Los Angeles for 2 months then goes to visit Indianapolis before coming home to Chicago. Then I have to wait all day for it to be delivered when it should be prioritized

@MikkeMortis @USPS @USPSHelp I just ordered something yesterday and paid an extra $10 to have them ship it with FedEx. FedEx wouldn't be my 1st choice either, but at least I know it won't get lost before it even leaves sorting

@USPS @USPSHelp Hopefully, enough people apply to make the Poat Office more efficient. I don't know what's going on over there but 5 of the 8 items have had some kind of delay in being delivered. 1 was lost for 3wk. 3 were lost for 2 or 3 days and now 1 was supposed to be delivered on the 28th

@USPSHelp Do you all not check your messages anymore? I messaged on Thursday and got no reply. I them messaged you all yesterday morning, and still nothing. Waiting for a reply from the Post Office is like waiting for a package from them

@UPS Tis the time of yr not to be making petty mistakes. I now won't have my new serving platters for tomorrow because your slpr team took 18hrs to get from Lenexa KS to Bedford Park. Then Bedford Park sends the trailer to Jeff St for a few hrs before sending it back to Bedford Park.
