Check out the traffic congestion at PDX from the lack of parking enforcement. Despite there being a cell phone waiting area, the port police and security have been allowing people to park and wait at the curb for their arriving passenger. The curb is frequently clogged up with parked cars waiting, causing traffic to back up close to a quarter mile. I spoke with one of the parking attendants (dressed like police, but not sure if they can write tickets) and she told me that her higher ups told them to allow people to park as long as they stay with their car. Crazy how lawlessness is allowed and people just go along with their day and deal with the problem it causes without doing or saying anything. A definite flaw in the human species.

I spent over 20 years in the autobody industry and for some reason people thought I was the great wise one when it can to buying a car. I would advise them to google reliable and economic. More often than not they didn’t listen and went for looks. My family had never been on the side of the road in a broken down car.
