Great first day yesterday for the #UKNationalParkRangers Conference here in the #NorthYorkMoors. Fuelled with cake the ranger teams braved the weather to explore our diverse landscapes and learn about our conservation projects on the ground and skill share. 🙂🍰 @uknationalparks

#Wharfedalerangers have replaced a ladder stile with a stone step stile and constructed a new flagged path on a boggy section at #Winterburn. Many thanks to #HFHolidays for donating the flags.
#WesternRangers Calum and Ed have been out tackling rising water levels at #TreasonfieldFord. The Ford can be quite deep at times and due to the constriction at the bridge spreads up the track in either direction... work begins!
#Ranger Nathan has been out with our trusty band of #dalesvolunteers to replace the old bridge at Cam Wood with a brand new one opening up the Right of Way.
Flood damaged pier at Starbotton Bridge has now been repaired by local contractors @DSMC. The bridge was opened on Friday following works being completed.
