I tak perasan pun I tengah cerita because doctor tu pandai korek dengan cara tersendiri.

Tau tau I nangis suara tersekat, lepastu gelak, nangis balik then I became mean lepastu baik balik.

Dekat 1 jam setengah juga.

5. Jumpa doctor / set up appointment.

Kalau full, kena set up appointment but I bernasib baik dapat jumpa doctor terus.

(maybe my condition was bad because I suddenly cried during registration)

4. Register dan bayar

I pergi HUKM. Registration fees RM50.

Tapi I ada baca yang tempat lain kena bayar RM5 je so I tak sure about this.

Cara nak jumpa psychiatrist murah:

1. Pergi ke Klinik Kesihatan berdekatan atau Pusat Kesihatan university.

2. Bagitahu doctor apa yang korang tengah lalui, rasa dll. Minta referral letter

3. Bawa referral letter to any government psychiatrist department.
