On May 21st, Dalio Education celebrated the graduation of the first cohort of young people from the Academy for Career Readiness at Norwalk Hospital. This pilot program, created in partnership with Dalio Education, Northwell Health, and @ctopportunity grantee partner Domus Kids, is helping young people build workforce skills and enter a career pathway in healthcare. The graduation marked an important milestone and a powerful celebration of these graduates, whose determination and resilience helped them overcome obstacles and successfully complete the program with real-world skills and experiences.
