Running from negative experiences was an easy choice for me.
Avoidance was my comfort zone.
In reality, change hurts.

Suffering is part of the journey.
Develop resilience and nothing will stop you.

Hate is effortless.
At the lowest points in life, I remember criticizing others for no reason.
